These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cl444 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the cl444 online betting and casino platform available at https://cl444.onl and all associated services, features, and content.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the cl444 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You must be an individual natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register as Players.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting and casino services is not prohibited by applicable law.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid mobile number. You must not impersonate another person, use false information, or register on behalf of a third party.

Each person may hold only one active cl444 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance or winnings.

cl444 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

cl444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. All accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawals are processed and at any other time cl444 deems necessary. KYC verification may be requested at the time of registration, upon the first withdrawal request, or if unusual account activity is detected.

To complete KYC, players may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by cl444's finance team during processing hours. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved. Withdrawals are paid to the same MFS wallet or bank account used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from a payment method belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being held and the account being investigated.

cl444 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific Terms & Conditions published alongside each individual promotion. The following general conditions apply to all cl444 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a game or the platform to generate unfair winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.

All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cl444 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, download, or distribute any content from the cl444 platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code underlying the cl444 platform.

Any unauthorised use of cl444's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings. • Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.

• The account belonging to an individual who is under 21 years of age.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, cl444 will communicate the reason for suspension to the player where legally permitted. Upon conclusion of an investigation, if no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting cl444 support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to any applicable withdrawal processing requirements and provided no outstanding wagering requirements are attached to bonus funds in the balance.

cl444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to the platform's features, changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or amendments to cl444's operational policies.

When material changes are made to these Terms, cl444 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, prior to the changes taking effect. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to remain informed of any changes. Continued use of the cl444 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be subject to the laws applicable to cl444's operational jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of cl444 complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a player and cl444, the player should first contact cl444's support team at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. cl444 will acknowledge the complaint within 2 Business Days and aim to resolve the matter within 14 Business Days. cl444 endeavours to resolve all player complaints fairly and promptly through its internal complaints procedure. Players are encouraged to use this process before pursuing any other avenue. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through cl444's internal procedure, the parties may explore alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available in the applicable jurisdiction.

cl444 does not waive any rights or remedies available to it under applicable law by virtue of these Terms. Any provision of these Terms found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law will be severed from the remainder of the Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
